Tempus Arabians LLC - Liability Waiver and Release Agreement

WARNING: Under Florida law, an equine activity sponsor or equine professional is not liable for an injury to, or the death of, a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities. Please read this document carefully before signing. By signing below, you acknowledge that equine activities are inherently dangerous and that you are giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue Tempus Arabians LLC (the "Stable"), its owners, employees, or agents, for any injury, death, or property damage you or your minor child may suffer during these activities. This waiver and release applies to all activities on the Stable's farm premises as well as any off-site (mobile) events or programs organized by the Stable.
